but what about the fruits of the bribery the bribers have enjoyed? obviously Apple and Nvidia weren’t donating bc they hoped to dance at a ball. how do we telegraph to businesses or their managers that bribing a corrupt administration eventually brings consequences that outweigh any short-term gain?
