This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

seeing how well it functions in a longer term test. glad there are better lightweight. comparison between zed (uses ~300-400mb) and codium (uses ~1GB) shows around 50% less ram usage, which isn't perfect but vanilla vscode is much worse lol so definitely a boost for sure.
