This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I work for fly.io, and sqlite3 databases are placed on volumes *by default* for Rails applications. My application uses sqlite3 and scales horizontally - and I'm in the process of extracting that code into a toolkit: https://github.com/rubys/fly-atc?tab=readme-ov-file#fly-atc
