I was the same. After seeing the fjrst MRI things started making sense. Weird things that I blamed on getting older or other issues. Then you read about all the different symptoms and it’s like Ohhhh k. I have that and that and that etc.
Not a death sentence. Just takes some adjustments. 🫂
