This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Yeah, the afraid dot org service seems pretty unreliable, either because some of the NS are down/don't response, or because of anti-DDoS measures.
Pretty sure that's the entire problem.
