This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The problem with using ActivityPub for Twitter-like social apps is that message passing does not scale well.
But message passing is very well suited to lower scale social apps like DMs, group DMs, and anything with < ~1,000 recipients.
AT protocol PDS-to-PDS message passing would be really cool.
