This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I actually tried sending them 4 different docs: Original foundation (as a UG), foundation confirmation (as a UG), change of name (UG -> GmbH, current info printout (as a GmbH); all rejected.
What finally worked? Combine *all four docs* into one PDF, with a cover letter on letterhead saying that. 🚀
