Oh wow, they got an actual Resolution Advisory. On TCASII, there are two kinds of warnings: Traffic Advisories, which are like "hey heads up", and RAs, which literally command the pilot to ascend or descend. RAs literally are supposed to be followed by the pilot, overriding anything ATC says, NOW.
