This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Mine personally? No linter, just manual editing. I just saw the ESP32 folks making the blocks aligned that one day, and was like "well shit, that's just prettier", and started doing it.
This would be a cool tool to make, but IMO it would need to be cargo-toml specific rather than a TOML prettifier
