This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I think we could definitely use better linkers! Embedded is one of those fields where we REALLY use the linker, and have actually run into a lot of edge cases, especially when moving from the GCC linker to LLD as a default for embedded rust.
I would LOVE to have a better linker story in Rust.
