I have an almost-3-year-old M2 Max MBP (64G RAM, 8p/4e, 2T SSD), it's on applecare+ and the battery is below 80% health, so i'll be getting a free replacement of that.
I could see it making another 3 year cycle, easy. I have budget for a new machine soon, but I might just get some desktop instead.
