My macbookpro is playing a dangerous game of "completely fail to boot up after starting a macOS update", roughly 6 weeks before my 3 years of AppleCare are set to expire.
I'm glad it's 6 weeks on this side of the expiration date, but whew is it cutting it close, and after it just got a repair.
