Only casualty from my recent business trip: I managed to lose the Schuko-to-C5 cable for my USB-PD supply somewhere.
That being said, I still strongly endorse "get one of those 4-port USB-C + 2 port USB-A PD bricks with a detachable cable", and then just own US+EU power cables instead of an adapter
