I feel like a useful labeler could be "this user received N replies in the last 24 hours", instead of "this user replied N times in the last 24 hours". Or even "this user has a >10:1 reply rx:tx rate".
I feel like it might be easier to see who is getting (regularly, intermittently) overwhelmed atm.
