We almost need a SCOTUS for each subgroup of case type. Like "this is SCOTUS - Civil Rights, this is SCOTUS - Tax Law, this is SCOTUS - Labor-Employer Relations, this is SCOTUS - Children's Rights and Law, etc", that way the justices specialize in the nuances of each area
