This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Good news, everyone, I found my Stadia controller and updated its firmware to make it a generic Bluetooth controller. It's still an awful controller, but at least it's an awful controller I could conceivably use for something someday!!!!!!!!!
