This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

In duct-UV only works when you have ducts (most places don't), doesn't do much if you don't recirculate air constantly, doesn't add much over MERV-13, and fails invisibly and open. Stand-alone filters, far-UVC, and upper-room UVC are better choices.
