Yup, Trump doesn't give a hoot about economic growth, it's all about 'relative' power. If I lose a little and you lose a lot, in 'relative' terms I win. Similarly if my gdp goes up a bit (US) and your's rises faster (China), in 'relative' terms I lose. Everyone better off equally? Bah humbug.
