This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

For 1-3 I'd do the SFC remakes. 1&2 are just better, 3 is a mixed bag but it's worth having the better quality soundtrack.
For 7 I think the 3DS version is the best; the new remake is probably a 'better' game but it cuts a lot.
I like the DS remakes for 4-6 but the originals are good.
