This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

As a very amateur and occasional dabbler in shortcodes & very simple plugins this looks interesting. It will need WordPress 7 and php 8.1. There are already quite a few how to articles out there already.
