This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The issue is now resolved. It turns out, the external impact was actually resolved yesterday, so we updated the status entry to reflect that. (Internally, folks are still working on some aspects, but that doesn't affect indexing externally, so we closed it accordingly. A short one :-))
