This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

We push the IP json files automatically -- changes happen from time to time. If you need to alert internally on those files, feel free to poll them. I checked the last three updates, they were each 2x IP blocks added (ipv6/v4). It's generally not a complete revamp.
