This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

From trying it out, there are different UI "versions" & experiments - these features are new and will definitely change over time. We try to make sure the counting for Search Console is consistent, but man, UIs are complex and making a call one way or the other is hard :).
