This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I'll pass a note on. FWIW sometimes when a site disappears completely, it can be due to accidental removal requests made in Search Console (eg, wanting to remove the non-www version; not realizing it removes both www/non-www). I'd double-check there + check for manual actions.
