This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Generally speaking, the automated crawl rate changes are a bit cautious in ramping up to be friendly to the servers. I collected the examples and brought them to the team, so they were able to speed that up for these. (That's why it's helpful to have examples!)
