This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

It's generally fine (for example, some site moves keep the robots.txt on the old domain with "allow: /" so that all URLs can be followed). The tool does check for the homepage redirect though.
