This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

We count them once per search results page, so (assuming it's the same URL, which is hard to see here) it would be 1x the URL impression, and 1x the site impression (depending on the settings in the report, you see either URLs or site impressions).
