The statement LITERALLY SAID "FOUR YEARS." To say "but in eight ..." isn't even fact-checking the claim.
Like, maybe if he said "The Trump admin..." in which case we could CONCEIVABLY (it's a stretch!) compare the Trump 4 to the Obama 8.
But the claim SAID FOUR.
This is appalling.
