This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

2nd April I am using Le Shuttle bicycle service, Folkestone to Calais
Screen 1: Le Shuttle website about the service. I click "Make a request"
Screen 2: it offers me Help Centre or booking by phone
I call. And a very indignant employee tells me NO I have to submit an online support request 🤔
