Kenesis Freestyle Pro Quiet is what I use. I started with a 2 inch gap, slowly widened till my shoulders were open.
Sometimes wish I had one that was tented, but this is what I spent the money on. The Cherry MX red keys reduce finger strain alot compared to the little laptop keys.
