This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

My new 3:2 Monitor arrived, and over 2 hours later I've managed to get it to work with my 3 PC through 2 HDMI mixers setup!
Getting Win 7, Nvidia, Monitor's settings and ofc GTA:SA itself to work properly was a NIGHTMARE but I got there!
4:3 and 16:9 both look great, and 3:2 is awesome!
