This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

自分のフィルタリング設定を一時的に「警告」にすれば自分で確認できます。
一々切り替えるのが面倒な場合、適当なサードパーティクライアントだけ設定を変えておけばすぐに確認もできます。
…という方法はいかがでしょうか？
