Yeah, had a similar issue with my tablet once, I swapped to opentabletdriver, did not work, then it was deactivating windows ink and that helped a lot. Also, maybe the pc views it as a mouse and enforces mouse Acceleration and smoothing? So deactivating that might help... Hope this could help you.
