It's been 9 months since I started looking for a new role. 200+ applications. 20-30 interviews. Several final interviews.
I have a job, and I am grateful I do. But it is not a fit for me. Open Source (and my family) are what keep me someone sane. Even my side job helps. But I am done applying.
