This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Was just reading a bit about proposals to introduce "use based" controls vs. "actor based" since, as the Cloudflare option says, it blocks legit bots too, or legitimate use.
We'd need technology to support usage-based controls, which sounds like a new Internet to me 😅
