This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I was able to get the new covid and flu shots without issue at CVS, just an extra check box on the online sign-up. At least in Mississippi, for now anyway, don't be scared off.
