This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

- You can move things in the Gantt view by dragging them
- You can edit the project/series stuff by clicking "edit field"
- Add dependencies by starting to type in the name of the dependency that comes before (Ex: must draft book before editing book, etc)
