補足情報：来年度予算案の概算要求はすでに8兆8000億円で調整が進んでおり、今年度の8兆7000億円を上回る見通しとなっています。2021年には5兆4000億円で過去最高額を更新と言っていましたが、恐らく来年度以降も増額が必要な情勢が続くものと予想されます。
