This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Very interesting idea to put directly in the copilot CLI - I do something similar myself when I need it already, but I can see the value in using it to leverage a smaller model more efficiently. I might try it out to see how it goes
