This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I'm starting to see tech companies allow job candidates to use AI tools during interviews. I think this is a great idea. When I was a hiring manager, I use to set candidates up with a problem, and leave the room.
I'd return for a code walkthrough with the expectation they could explain their work.
