This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Part of this would be on the people, sure, but we could also build the world’s most robust medical system, with doctors a short drive from everyone, in functional facilities where representation matters and no one is six-months out for booking.
We could build that and then demand even better.
