This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I only use my google speaker for music while cooking 😅 but yeah, I've got my sitting room lamp on a remote, so i can turn it on from bed and not be going to/from the kitchen in the dark, and it's wonderful.
my kitchen lights have a remote, too, so i can switch them on before i get there. so nice!!!
