Nice analysis of the climate costs of Chrome pushing a 4GB Geminin nano to people's devices. Even just looking purely at the download (ignoring inference, re-downloads etc) it's substantial (not sure it's 'insane'), and shows the Google is just kinda doing stuff pretty thoughtlessly
