This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Of the #JVM languages, I think I still like Apache's #GroovyLang the best. It has the most #Java like syntax, and for the last couple of years, their developers support the latest #JDK versions and even preview versions (because they include new OW2 ASM versions quickly). #OpenSource
