If you'd just listened to petitioners' arguments you'd think this was lost, but Gorsuch and Sotomayor seem incredibly skeptical in the government's motives, factual record, and that this _isn't_ content based restriction.
I'm not hearing that through KBJ though. Not sure where the other votes are.
