This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

She could easily have framed what she was saying as "the Supreme Court said that..." or "You claim that..." etc in a way that would indicate she didn't agree with the choice of words or that she was adjusting to meet their language. Instead she sounded very confident with their talking points.
