This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Yeah but the French bureaucracy is not better, the French bureaucracy prevents us from getting immediate solutions for the current problems like putting German train cars in between French ones for more capacity. It would work and can be done immediately. But the French do not allow it.
