This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Just setup ChatGPT Ads and listed an ad for my consulting business, mainly to see if they're useful.
Generally pretty easy to get started, largely because there's only 5% of the configuration options in AdWords. One interesting bit is you target "conversation topics" instead of keywords.
