先週、岩手で戴いた日本酒。　気仙沼の男山酒造の蒼天伝シリーズの純米大吟醸。なんと醸造途中に音楽を聴かせて作った日本酒。ちゃんとONKYOが監修し、酒のタイトルは蒼の音と書いて　BLUE NO OTO。 BLUE NOTE と記せないのは仕方が無いだろうなぁ。　音響機器メーカーと日本酒のコラボは初めてでは？
