This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Meanwhile in the Netherlands / Flanders, it seems like it would actually quite difficult to find yourself more than 10 miles from a public e-bike charger (these pictures are all from one day, and a cafe I stopped at for lunch let me charge there too)
